Today we propose a delicious recipe of tuna with tomato and onion. A quick and easy to prepare dish ideal for any occasion, take note of how to prepare it!

Ingredients:

  • 500g tuna
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 15ml extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cut the onion into julienne strips and fry in a large frying pan with olive oil until translucent.
  2. Now peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Add them to the onion and stir.
  3. Chop the chili pepper and add it to the above. Season with salt and pepper. We leave in the fire, at medium intensity for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the tuna into cubes, season with salt and pepper. Let it rest for a few minutes and add it to the tomato and onion.
  5. Adjust the seasoning to taste and leave on the stove for an additional 10 to 12 minutes. It is important not to leave the tuna too long on the stove so that it does not dry out.

Serve it in a deep dish. You can serve it with rice or pasta to which you can add the same juice of the recipe if you wish. Enjoy this spectacular tuna recipe!
